Many small establishments don't have updated technology when it comes to food storage-- this can cause food to spoil, bacteria to accumulate, and thousands of dollars to be wasted. But the biggest concern is for the consumer, when food maybe out of date but still be cooked in thier meal!

Fast Food will always be something in American society.
